The opportunity The Digital Lead plays a key role in the companys digital transformation journey. As part of a newly established function, this is a unique opportunity to join early and help shape how digitalization is done in practice. Together with the team, you drive, coordinate, and realize digital initiatives that create real value across both production and administrative functions. Acting as a bridge between business, IT and external partners, you help turn digital strategy into practical improvements that make every day work smarter and more efficient. This is an operational and broad role where you move between analysis, coordination, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with the business. You will be encouraged to test ideas, explore new technologies (including AI), and turn concepts into working solutions.
