Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis. FLSA Status: Exempt: Job Role Summary The mission of Fathers and Families Center (FFC) is “To build a noble legacy of fatherhood – assisting fathers in achieving self-sufficiency and in strengthening families to improve the life chances of children.” We accomplish this by working with fathers and their families to help them to be better partners, providers and parents. The Family Support Services Specialist works directly with fathers and their families to assist them in: identifying and achieving goals; developing educational, employment and life skills, and accessing support services to help move them out of poverty towards stability and self-sufficiency.
