The Experience & Performance Partner (XP) – Australia supports the execution of People & Culture (P&C) processes and employee-related initiatives under the guidance of the XP Director – APAC. This role contributes to the delivery of P&C processes, services, employee engagement activities, and compliance with local labor practices. The XP Partner collaborates with local managers, employees, and cross-functional P&C teams to ensure smooth and consistent P&C operations. Partner with the best: Individuals in this category act as the P&C Partner of record for a client group. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques, and processes.
