Job Description: The National Director of Simulation provides strategic leadership and oversight of simulation-based education across all Unitek Learning campuses and affiliated hospital partnership programs. This role sets the vision for simulation excellence systemwide, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with Unitek’s mission, academic priorities, and clinical preparation goals. The Director leads national initiatives that standardize simulation practices, integrate best-in-class pedagogy, and foster innovation to advance student learning outcomes across VN/PN, ADN, BSN, and direct-entry master’s nursing programs.
