Requirements: Strategy and Planning: - Lead the company’s strategic and operational planning efforts by fostering innovation, planning, and organization of IT resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders as determined in consultation with Vice President of Administration (VPA) and President, to develop and maintain an IT roadmap to contribute to organizational success. - Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
