Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Branch Manager to join our team at our Orinda Branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch, ensuring financial success, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Exercises executive direction over the office and production staff. Provides dotted line supervision to the operations staff, ensuring operations management has oversight of compliance and a high level of customer service. Oversee sales production, service, and human resource related tasks. Achieves sales goals and financial targets for their branch. Ensures high quality processes and ethical sales in the branch. Directs and develops subordinates who are providing a full range of banking products and services. Retains and expands relationships with existing customers and promotes and develops new business. Represents the Bank in the community. Models and leads all sales functions inside the branch office.
