Description Southeast Medical Group is currently seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist for one of our many locations. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to providing high quality general x-rays, in an environment where patient care comes first. As our new x-ray tech, you will have the opportunity to: - Work closely with our providers and MA’s to ensure that the best exam for the patient is ordered to help in their diagnosis. - Give quality patient care by explaining procedures to alleviate anxiety, assisting in transport and positioning of patients when necessary and ensuring safety to patients and staff by choosing correct techniques, collimating and using lead shielding. - Contribute to the ancillary team by assisting in several tasks, including inputting faxes, clinical documents, logging and tracking overreads, assisting with drug reps and helping in the clinic when possible.
