Sydney NSW – Inner West & Eastern Suburbs Part Time – 22.5 hours per week Make: a splash where it matters. Rainbow: Club Australia is a growing network of social swimming clubs that empowers children and young people with a disability through personalised swimming programs. We’re: seeking a Regional Manager to support and oversee our clubs across Inner West Sydney – Eastern Suburbs, including Auburn, Bondi, Burwood, Five Dock, Kensington, Maroubra, and Newington. About: the Role This: is a hands-on role focused on supporting teams in-club, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations. You’ll work closely with Lead Teachers and Head Office to ensure clubs run smoothly and members receive a consistent, inclusive experience. Work: Pattern This is a hybrid role: with both remote and in-person requirements: work-from-home, with a focus on administration, communication, and staff coordination. Availability on Mondays is a requirement for all Regional Managers.
