Description Job Title: Safety Technician: Reports To: EHS Manager: FLSA Status & EEO Code: Non-Exempt/Technician Division/Department: GHM/Operations: Level of Work: Level I: Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Technician to support and promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace in our welding and fabrication operations. The Safety Technician plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting safety culture, and reducing risk through daily oversight, inspections, training, and incident response. Level I: Quality – Complete and accurate work performed efficiently Production quality and efficiency using appropriate tools and equipment, qualified to perform special processes as needed Follow instructions – oral and/or written - Consistently meets customer’s quality requirements and expectations. - Performs other duties as assigned by the EHS Manager, or his/her designate.
