Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, works in a team based environment and has responsibility and accountability for the provision of clinical or technical specialist services to other Occupational Therapists through the delegated provision of formal clinical or technical mentorship, consultation and advisory services to own or other organizations within a specialized area of the profession. Provides specialised therapeutic interventions and direct care to designated clients/residents less than the majority of time and as needed, to maintain clinical currency and best practice in the speciality area of the profession. As delegated by the Manager, supports the Supervisor, Practice Leader and Educator and participates in program development and evaluation, focusing on mentorship as well as supporting complex case education services in a specialized area of the profession.
