Patient Care Specialist III – Residential Full‑Time | Shift: M-F 7pm - 7am w/ rotating Weekends As a Patient Care Specialist III – Residential (PCS III) at our Martinsville, Indiana location, you will serve as a frontline leader within our residential treatment program. This role provides continuous patient care, monitoring, interaction, and role modeling in a structured, therapeutic addiction recovery environment. PCS III teammates also take on leadership responsibilities by mentoring PCS I and PCS II teammates, providing real‑time coaching, and collaborating with leadership to ensure care delivery aligns with clinical best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational expectations.
