When our customers receive their package at the time we promised them, at the place they indicated and with the products they ordered, we did a good job. When our customers decide to return a package, we make their experience smooth, while retaining as much value as possible. And, with 13M customers who can choose from over 32M products sourced by 51K partners and delivered from multiple warehouses and via multiple carriers, that’s a tall order.
