About the role: As a Crop Claims Rep, you will adjust both Federal and Crop Hail crop insurance policies in Southern Illinois. You'll work independently and with a team to efficiently work claims, and must effectively communicate with insureds, fellow adjusters, and agents. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can work under limited supervision. In this position you'll be required to climb grain bins and inspect crop fields in all weather conditions and must be able to lift 10 pounds. How does this role make an impact?
