Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking a Director, Corporate and Securities Counsel to join our talented team. Solid Power is a publicly-traded company with a dynamic, collaborative team environment. Reporting to our head of legal, this role is ideal for a high-performing attorney with 3-6+ years of corporate and securities experience who is eager to expand their impact. As a key member of our lean, high-performing legal team, this position will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across a wide range of matters. This role will focus on securities and corporate governance work as well as broader commercial and operational legal needs. This is an individual contributor role with significant exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
