WASHER OPERATOR - 5th Shift

Job Summary Responsibilities: Responsible for the set-up, operation and performance of all vial washers and component sterilizers. Operates all equipment used in these areas efficiently, safely, and consistently. - 5th Shift is 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Saturday/Sunday + 1 weeknight determined by the supervisor - Hourly Range: $16.85 – 19.85/hour - Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. - Loads glass and plastic vials onto vial washer infeed and monitors performance of washing progress. - Performs changeover of vial washer as required per production schedule. - Performs tasks requested by supervision. - Wears appropriate safety equipment (i.e., safety glasses/shoes). - Adheres to mid-level gowning requirements. - Follows all required SOPs/GMPs/safety requirements during execution of daily duties. - Responsible for good documentation practices. - Responsible for restocking production supplies. - Assures that the batch record folder is correctly documented, and that all checks are performed per SOP - Verify and check the sterilizer cycle according to the SOP Standards. - Load appl...
