This internship provides hands-on exposure to large-scale foodservice operations within a professional sports and entertainment venue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Rotate through various functions within the Concessions Department, including front of house management, warehousing, purchasing, and staffing, to gain insight into how large-scale foodservice operations function in a professional sports environment serving up to 65,000 guests per event Attend departmental meetings and assist with administrative and operational follow-up as needed. Assist with day-to-day concessions operations between events to ensure preparedness, as well as execution of large-scale ticketed events. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
