Performance Marketing Manager, Europe Department: Marketing: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Paris: Compensation: €50,000 - €70,000 / year Description: Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. With a very ambitious plan for the years to come, we are looking to expand our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth. As Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution; and will be responsible to allocate our budget efficiently across both Supply and Demand initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment.
