Junior Software Engineer - Full Stack (f/m/d)

Job description

Purpose of Position As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional, customer-focused team working on extending and evolving Awinʼs platform for publishers and creators. In this role, you will contribute to writing clean, secure and well-tested code while following engineering best practices. Youʼll collaborate closely with your team to build scalable services and user-facing applications across both backend and frontend layers. A key aspect of this role is your active involvement as part of the primary backend team powering the Awin Mobile App, where you will help build and support exciting new features that directly impact our publishers and creators on mobile. You will work closely with Product Managers and Designers to understand user needs and translate them into practical technical solutions. Your contributions will span the full software lifecycle from development and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement.
