Overview Abacus Technology is seeking an IT Property Custodian to support asset management for Langley AFB. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: - Assist the Primary Property Custodian in performing asset management responsibilities. - Assist with compliance of local ECO and DoD requirements, training, and use of approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint sites. - Ensure customer organization compliance with government, Air Force, and local policies and regulation for hardware asset management. - Act as alternate property custodian and perform applicable responsibilities (i.e., reconciliations, established custodial responsibilities, documentation etc.) at the request of the Primary Custodian. - Prepare all required documentation i.e., Staff Summary Sheets, Appointment letters, tech refresh recommendations and ROS’s when required for government signing and approval workflow as requested. - Perform lifecycle management duties, requirements in accordance with established guidance and procedures as requested. - Accomplish local training and utilize approved tracking tools/databases/SharePoint site in performance of unit IT PC management. - Provide guidance to customer org...
