Starting Pay: $15.43 per hour, depending on qualifications Schedule: TBD We are looking for a Patient Relations Representative to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. In this key role, you’ll ensure a smooth, positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive to the time they leave. Essential Job Functions: - Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude - Verify patient information, insurance documents, and referrals; update records as needed - Answer phones, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and relay messages efficiently - Accurately enter patient information into the database - Assist with completing patient and clinic forms when necessary Minimum Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED - Strong computer and data entry skills - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting - Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations: - Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers. - 5 years' related experience or training preferred. - Level I fingerprint clearance card: current valid and...
