JOB TITLE: Project Manager III: CLASSIFICATION: Salaried - Exempt - Full Time REPORTS TO: Manager of Projects: EFFECTIVE DATE: 8/10/2023: OBJECTIVE: Manage the overall construction project from conception to completion. Collaborate with the staff required to produce a complete bid, budget, negotiate contracts, contract all sub-contractors required, schedule and manage the project.
