Job Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service. Available Shift: Swing Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM and 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM Duties/Responsibilities: - No, supervisory responsibilities. - Responsible for providing beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service. - Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area. - Assists in the preparation of drink orders as required (icing glasses, garnishing drinks). - Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, accepting payment, and giving change when necessary. - Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc. - Cleans and replaces dirty ashtrays. - Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job. - Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. - Knows the menu items, specials, and prices. - Takes orders accurately and completely. - Kn...
