Role overview: The Lead Advisor, Change and Culture Communications supports enterprise ‑ wide transformation by developing internal communications that help leaders and employees understand, align to, and act on change. This role focuses on driving adoption and behavior change through clear, compelling, and inspiring communications , particularly in the context of organizational design changes, enterprise AI enablement, innovation, culture change, and mergers and acquisitions. This role is responsible for translat ing complex business strategy into communications that inspire and move the organization forward. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute internal communications to support enterprise change initiatives , including mergers and acquisitions, organizational design changes, culture and people changes , and operating model evolution.
