Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development, including experience with distributed systems and large-scale backend infrastructure. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, including defining technical roadmaps, prioritizing workstreams, and managing execution for a software engineering team. - 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent. - 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. - Experience in building Agentic AI Systems and integrating them in operational workflows. - Experience building a new product, team, or major system component from the initial concept phase through to production launch. - Experience in applying AI/ML principles to large-scale problems. - Ability to design and implement large-scale, complex systems, considering scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. - Ability to...
