Job Description: Position Description: The Field Service Representative / Engineer plays an integral role within the business and has day to day responsibilities managing customer expectations in relation to monitoring and assessing plant operational parameters and providing the necessary support & feedback to the customer and their operational team, troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance on Veolia Equipment, chemical dosing equipment and instrumentation, maintaining chemical inventories, site logs and performance monitoring data, as well as providing operations support.
