About the Role: We’re looking for compassionate, proactive Support Workers to join our team at our Wollongong disability accommodation sites. We work with participants with varying needs from physical support, intellectual support, social support, mental health & challenging behaviours. This innovative concierge support model allows people with High Physical support needs to reach their ultimate independence. There is an on-site carer’s unit integrated with assistive technology and nurse call buttons, so our clients have access to support whenever they need.
