Job Responsibilities: The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is currently accepting applications for The Citadel's History Department, to establish a pool for adjunct faculty assignments. Adjunct assignments may be temporary, part-time and/or on-call and may be immediate or as needed. This job posting is not for a specific assignment or for a full-time faculty position, but rather for a pool of candidates who may be considered for part-time teaching or allied faculty assignments. Duties may include teaching undergraduate courses or online graduate courses in American History, European History, Military and Diplomatic History, Non-Western History or World Geography. Undergraduate courses are offered during the day in face-to-face or hyflex formats throughout the academic year (fall, spring, and summer); Graduate Courses are offered in the evening or online. All adjunct positions are part-time, temporary, and per session appointments.
