Overview Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital is hiring Full Time Registered Nurses! Available Shifts: Full Time Day (7a-7p) Full Time Night (7p-7a): Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour (depending on years of experience) Sign On Bonus: $10,000 At Montrose Behavioral Health Hospital, our goal is to provide personalized treatment for those who are suffering from mental health disorders and co-occuring addictions.We provide premier inpatient care for children ages 5-12, adolescents ages 13-17, adults age 18 and older, and senior adults age 55 and older. Responsibilities: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs. - Develop and implement nursing care plans. - Maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions. - Provide nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures. - Ensure physicians’ orders are legible if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately...
