JOB SUMMARY: Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus potential. Application deadline: April 20, 2026: Holland is seeking a detail oriented Senior Maintenance Manager with the ability to multitask, collaborate, and assist in leading a large multi-site property maintenance team at our luxury communities, Quin and Nita in Denver, Colorado. The following functions are typically that of a Senior Maintenance Manager: Essential Job Functions: - Primarily responsible for the direct management of the on-site maintenance staff including but not limited to hiring, firing, status changes, task assignment, performance reviews, goal setting, disciplinary actions, scheduling, etc. - Oversee the maintenance department of the property including but not limited to areas of unit-turn, inspection, maintenance and repair. - Ensure that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to company operating and safety standards.
