Production Supervisor Location: Wahpeton, ND: Schedule: 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Business / Functional Unit: Operations / Manufacturing Purpose of the Role: The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to safely meet production, quality, and delivery goals. As a working supervisor, this role provides hands-on leadership for production employees, ensures effective utilization of labor and equipment, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor serves as a visible leader on the floor, promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
