Talent, Support, Success: About the Role: FBD Life & Pensions (L&P) Operations invites applications for the position of Customer Service Administrator to join their high performing team. The L&P Operations team provides support to the team of Financial Advisors and supports the finance function for a Trust entity. Job Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Life & Pensions Operations Manager who manages the team, the job responsibilities include the following: - Organize supplier payments/invoicing. - Ensuring adequate quality control is conducted over relevant Life and Pensions documentation, systems and processes. The role will entail carrying out reviews and reporting on results obtained which forms part of the qualifying criteria for Financial Advisor’s bonus payments. - Posting of commission onto the Life and Pensions system in a timely fashion and reporting of commission to support the Financial Advisors in delivering excellent customer service. - Encourage positive customer outcomes by identifying and promoting service improvements. - Compliance of documentation and procedures in line with regulatory requirements e.g. Consumer Protection Code -...
