Job Title: Campus Kids Minister Ministry/Department: Eleven22 Kids: Reports to: Campus Pastor: Status: Full-time, exempt: Supervisory Role: Yes: Objective: The Campus Kids Minister leads k ids m inistry at a specific location by equipping and developing serve staff to execute Eleven22 K ids service gatherings, while also partnering with parents as the primary disciple-makers of their families. Key Responsibilities: - Lead in the recruitment, coachin g and equipping of serve staff - Support in planning and executing Eleven22 K ids M inistry events - Carry out curriculum for Eleven22 K ids M inistry - Control inventory of supplies and other needs in Eleven22 K ids using allocated budget - Partner with parents in raising up the new generation of kids to discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ - Lead and develop staff, apprentices and interns at the campus - Model discipleship by being a disciple-making disciple - Carry clear vision, values and culture to serve staff and staff teams - Oversee onboarding process, safety and security procedures, training and care of serve staff Competencies: - Model The Church of Eleven22® mission, vision and core values - Ability to tea...
