Job description

Your role - Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procure materials and services based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and project needs. - PO & Invoice Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies. - Delivery Coordination: Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines. - Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and vendor lead times, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). - Supplier Engagement: Support supplier consolidation and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Change Support: Assist with system/process changes and deliver training in alignment with Train-the-Trainer models. - Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report on procurement activities, and track supplier performance. What you’ll need - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. - Experience: 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain; data center experience is a plus. - Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and contract interpretation. - Soft Skills: Strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver; organized and adaptable. - Languages: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written). - Procurem...
