Role Summary: The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for leading the strategic direction, planning, and execution of North Shore Community Health's (NSCH) Human Resources function. Key areas of oversight include Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Training, HR Operations, and Regulatory Compliance.
