Description The Senior Electrical Operations Manager reports directly to the Director of Construction and works closely with Business Development, Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations teams. This is not a Director role at this time. However, it is a critical leadership position supporting the continued growth of the company's electrical capabilities and may evolve as the company’s electrical portfolio expands. Salary range of $150,000-$185,000 with required travel 25% of the time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical Operations & Execution: - Provide senior-level oversight of electrical construction activities across utility scale solar projects. - Support execution of MV and LV electrical systems including collection systems, inverters, transformers, grounding, and associated infrastructure. - Assist with constructability reviews, sequencing strategies, and productivity planning. - Provide field support as needed; prior field experience is a plus.
