The role provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in their homes or community settings. Focusing on symptom management, emotional support, and improving the quality of life for patients and their families, the Clinical Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
