About the team The EMEA Startup team is a highly consultative sales team that is responsible for the growth and retention of Stripe’s largest and fastest growing Startup customers. What you’ll do: As a Sales Manager for Startups - Early Growers at Stripe, you will be crucial in driving Stripe's expansion by fostering growth among our existing high potential top startups. Your role involves leading and coaching a team of high-performing Account Executives, empowering them to achieve ambitious targets. You will also directly engage with users. We seek an individual eager to collaborate with a top-tier team to navigate intricate organizations, identify new opportunities to leverage payments for competitive advantage, and innovate our joint go-to-market strategies. You will manage a team of Startup AEs, focusing on supporting the growth of the top Startup users in EMEA. This team will partner with high-potential startups in our install base.
