Location: Utrecht, Netherlands Role Overview: An experienced Quartermaster is required to lead the transition toward a new, domain-oriented structure within the Information and Process Management (IPM/IV) function in the social domain. The role focuses on creating clarity, structure, and alignment while consolidating dispersed teams into a single, cohesive department. This position plays a key role in preparing the organization for a smooth transition to a permanent department head and ensuring the department is fully operational by January 2027.
