We are working closely alongside a Local Authority Elmbridge in to assist with the appointment of a Senior Compliance Officer , on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £34.00 - £44.87 per hour Summary: The Senior Compliance Officer will play a key role within the Development Management team, investigating and resolving breaches of planning control, including complex and high-profile cases. The role involves working closely with applicants, developers, residents, and internal teams to ensure compliance with planning regulations while supporting enforcement initiatives and public engagement across the Borough.
