Legal Advisor - Complex Recoveries

Job Purpose Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Complex Recoveries Legal Advisor to join the team. The role involves managing a full caseload of high‑volume, high‑value (over £10,000) litigated RTA recovery cases, delivering high‑quality claims handling and maximising recoveries within agreed timescales to support the overall success of the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage a full caseload of high‑value litigated recovery files using the firm’s case management system - Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system - Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods - Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management - Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice - Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity - Liaise with sources, experts, third‑party insurers, and other stakeholders - Perform effectively in a target‑driven environment Experience & Knowledge: Here at Carpenters group diversity and inclusion matters, it is integral to our culture and we welcome applications from eve...
