A Day in the Life: The Training & Education Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high quality education across the CAS portfolio , supporting both internal teams and external customers throughout ANZ. This role is responsible for supporting training programs and educational initiatives that enable safe, effective, and confident use of CAS technologies, with a strong focus on product launches, new hire onboarding, and ongoing professional development. Education and capability development within the Affera 3D mapping portfolio sits at the heart of this role, including mentoring and accrediting mappers, supporting procedural confidence, and helping drive clinical excellence in mapping practice.
