· STV is seeking a Project Manager – FF&E and Move Management Coordinator for our PM/CM group in Chicago. The candidate will s erve as the Owner’s Representative for FF&E and Move Management projects, overseeing moderate to large-scale projects from planning through closeout. This role ensures alignment of schedule, budget, and operational readiness while coordinating FF&E procurement, installation, and move activities with design, construction, and occupancy requirements. Acts as the primary liaison among clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support efficient project delivery, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: · Act as the primary point of contact for all FF&E and Move Management communications. · Develop and manage FF&E and/or Move Management work plans aligned with project scope, schedule, logistics, and client objectives. · Coordinate with design teams, architects, contractors, vendors, IT teams, facility managers, movers, and other stakeholders. · Evaluate and coordinate FF&E strategies, including reuse of existing furniture, procurement of new products, or hybrid solutions. ·...
