Job Title Reliability Electrician IV Position Overview: Shaw Industries is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician (Level based on experience) to join our team at the Plant D5 facility in Calhoun, GA. This position is a full-time role on our 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am). Position Objective: This position will Train and mentor reliability electricians at levels I-IV, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. This position will have responsibility of signing off on DOSTool level 2 observations for Reliability Elec I-IV's. This sign off will verify that the technician has completed assigned activities and meets expectations. Involves design, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems. The use of testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues and inspect various electrical components. Maintain and upkeep equipment as assigned and participate in root cause analysis of machinery faults, identify the necessary steps to correct the faults, and make repairs and participate in finding solutions to eliminate future recurrence of the faults.
