Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL. - Experience with dashboards or data visualization platforms. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in data centers, network infrastructure, including optical transport, dark and leased fiber, cross-connects, etc. - Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry. - Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
