Primary Objective of Position: The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization. This role leads a team of Sales Coordinators, oversees sales analytics and reporting, and manages dealer training to ensure alignment with strategic goals and optimal performance. This position supports the back-office operations of the sales organization, with a strong emphasis on process optimization, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates bring experience in analytics, sales operations, or business operations and enjoy improving systems and workflows rather than selling directly.
