This Opportunity WSP has a career opportunity for an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Lead Operator/Site Manager for the Captain Jack Mine Superfund Site in Boulder, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facilities to meet goals and to ensure efficiency and timeliness of work. Also, to ensure that site activities are comply with laws, policies and regulations and provide technical support and information to site staff within scope of experience. Your Impact: - Supervision & Oversight - Supervise assigned site staff; meet regularly with site staff to resolve workload and technical issues; prioritize and assign tasks and projects - Monitor site staff work and safety performance and provide instruction on work/ safety performance improvement, as needed - Oversee and audit the operations and maintenance staff as they perform their rounds monitoring the process equipment throughout the WTF - Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal regulations - Assist with recruitment of replacement staff if/when staff vacancies occur - Inspection & Re...
