Our Company Abode Hospice of Colorado: Overview: The Administrator On-Call is a licensed RN who provides indirect patient care and support services to patients/caregivers that may call in after hours or weekends as well as provides support and oversight to weekend/on-call clinicals. This role is intended to support quality patient care and customer services outside of normal business hours. This is a remote position but may occasionally require in person educations/in services. The role includes administrative call after hours on weekdays and weekends as well as 16 hours scheduled management and workflow task on Sat/Sun. Responsibilities: - Provides patient and caregiver education relating to diagnosis, medications, infection control, and safety measures in accordance with the plan of care - Administrative On Call after hours, weekends, weekend holiday rotation. - Weekend Schedule hours 8am - 5pm. - Weekend management oversight of productivity and admissions. - Weekend workflow support. - Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes. - Ensures compliance with state/local/payer requirements and that documentation refl...
