Senior Product Designer What you will be doing: The Senior Product Designer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences within a product or POD. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to design intuitive, scalable, and accessible solutions, while contributing to broader design standards and systems. They focus on execution excellence within defined product areas, translating requirements into thoughtful design solutions, and supporting continuous improvement of the user experience through research and iteration. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility #1 – Product Experience Design: 35% Design end-to-end user experiences within a product or POD, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency. Translate product requirements and user needs into effective interaction and visual design solutions that align with business goals.
