Maintain an up-to-date referral and resource manual that would include information regarding housing, economic assistance, legal, medical, and community resources that would benefit domestic violence victims. Provide assistance to all clients as they attempt to resolve the practical problems of living that have resulted from abuse: housing dilemmas, economic uncertainty, employment, child care, etc. Work with all individuals who contact the hotline or enter shelter or outreach, to create a viable safety plan.
