Job Description: Job Summary The Food Runner is crucial in maintaining the flow between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure guests receive their meals as promptly and accurately as possible. This position requires an individual who is efficient, detail-oriented, and dedicated to presenting food according to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions: - Complete all designated cleaning/stocking/maintenance duties per established time line. - Proven ability to deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct guests by table and position numbers. - Capable of safely transporting multiple plates and beverages in a single trip. - Thoroughly check each order for special instructions or dietary restrictions before leaving the kitchen. - Ensure that each dish meets the restaurant's standards for preparation, presentation, and completeness before serving. - Completes any pre-shift, ‘running’ shift, and post shift set-up, prep, cleaning and stocking as outlined by management and in accordance with established company standards. - Working in a team environment, assist Guests/Team Members as needed. – - Has a good working knowledge...
